Mateus Eller, representing EllerS Coffee, participated in the coffee quality competition organized by Cabral Specialty Coffee in partnership with Emater. In the first stage of the competition, 834 samples were evaluated, divided into fermented, natural, and washed cherries. The evaluation team consisted of six tasters and four support staff who assisted in preparing the tasting tables. Following the guidelines of the Brazilian Origin Certificate (COB), the competition ensured impartiality, as the samples were identified only by numbers, without revealing their origin.


This experience was a valuable opportunity for Mateus to enhance his coffee evaluation skills and broaden his understanding of the different terroirs and profiles that are part of the coffee universe. EllerS Coffee reaffirms its commitment to quality by engaging in events that promote growth and innovation in the sector, highlighting the importance of unity and dedication among all professionals in the pursuit of excellence.
