From November 27th to 29th, we had the honor of participating in Coffee Connect in Varginha/MG, an event that brought together all segments of the coffee chain to promote sustainability and foster new connections within the industry. The gathering was a unique opportunity for small rural producers, entrepreneurs, suppliers, and coffee shop owners to discuss trends, share experiences, and explore new business opportunities.

The event, held in Varginha, a city recognized as one of Brazil’s main coffee trade hubs, highlighted the region’s strategic role in coffee production and commercialization. With workshops, panel discussions, business rooms, and sensory experiences, Coffee Connect offered a complete immersion into the world of coffee, blending tradition with innovation.

The event was bustling with activity, showcasing the strong engagement of the coffee chain. We had the chance to explore innovations presented by renowned companies, reconnect with commercial partners, and attend the calibration course for conilon and arabica coffee. We also updated ourselves on the new coffee scoring and evaluation trends set to launch next year and learned about initiatives like the Coffee Route, aimed at further strengthening the sector. It was an enriching experience, filled with valuable knowledge exchanges in a well-organized and diverse setting.
